Where is Prime Cut and Sew located?

 Prime Cut and Sew is located in Downtown Mesa, on 1st Ave and Macdonald, one block South of Main St. Our address is:

Do you ship outside of Arizona?

 Yes, we ship orders to everywhere in the United States, the UK, and to Canada.

 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

 Orders are processed for shipping within one business day after the order is placed. When it is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. We ship orders via USPS priority mail. Domestic U.S. Customers typically receive their purchase within 1-3 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

 If your order is cancelled we will contact you immediately with an explanation as to why it was cancelled. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

 

What happens if my package is returned to Prime Cut and Sew?

 If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee. For international orders, if your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping charge as well as the return shipping charge assessed by our carrier.

 

What is your return policy?

 We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. Our consignors are paid out shortly after their item sells, so because of this we are firm on our return/exchange policy.

 

Are all the items you sell authentic?

 Prime Cut and Sew sells only 100% authentic product. We do not mess with fakes! We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, our in-house specialists authenticate every item that goes on our shelves and on our website before it is placed for sale.

 

If an item says “pre-owned” is it the same as in the picture?

 The picture on the website for the worn items are the actual item, unless we have a deadstock pair in stock, in turn the image shown will be of the deadstock pair. All images are taken at Prime Cut and Sew. Worn items are priced according to their condition and fair market value. If you would like to request pictures of the actual worn pair for sale, you may send a request to info@primecutandsew.com. Please include the name and size of the product you wish to see further.

 

Do you accept trades or size swaps?

 Trades will depend on if the item is owned by Prime Cut and Sew, or a consignor. If the product is owned by Prime then we are open to trade negotiations, if the product is on consignment, then the trade will be up to the discretion of the consignor. Size swaps are also available for a small fee.

 

Does Prime Cut and Sew buy sneakers?

 We do “buy-outs” or “cash-outs” for shoes far a reasonable negotiated price.

 

How do I become a consignor at Prime Cut and Sew?

 Prime Cut and Sew offers competitive 90.10 consignment rates, or a minimum fee of $20 based on the price of the shoe. If you want to consign with Prime, please come by the shop during normal business hours to drop off your product. If you are outside the state of Arizona, please email info@primecutandsew.com to set up a consignment account and to organize shipping your product to Prime.

 

Who sets the prices?

 Prices are negotiated based on market value. We agree on a price with our consignors, and we price items to move as fast as possible.

 

When will I get paid for my consignment?

 We issue checks in your name as your items sell. Checks are issued the next business day for sold items. When checks are prepared and ready for pickup, consignors in the state of Arizona will receive a phone call or text message notification. Out of state and out of country consignors will receive their checks in the mail.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

 If you are purchasing online from outside the state of Arizona, you are not subject to sales tax. You pay the list price of the item, plus shipping. If you are an international customer, you may be subject to additional fees, such as customs and duties, when your item arrives in your country. These fees are typically determined by your country’s receiving agencies.
